　　从教以来，一直担任中学语文教学及班主任工作，上学期任九年级两个班的语文课，九一班班主任，九年级教研组长。本学期任教导处副主任，校团委书记，兼任八年级两个班的语文课，主抓八、九两个年级的教研教学。

　　花开花落，云卷云舒，又是春华秋实一轮回。忙忙碌碌中，难忘的201_载着中华民族沉重的历史悄悄落下帷幕，而崭新的201_也在不知不觉中带着美好的憧憬和希望走进我们的生活，站在__的门槛上，回首08的岁月，心头是深深地感慨，一年中那些苦辣酸甜经历，提醒自己有必要对自己一年的工作进行一下简单的梳理：

　　作文一名共产党员，本人热爱党的教育事业，忠诚党的领导，思想上严于律己，工作中甘于奉献，生活中为人师表，时时处处以党员的标准约束自己，鞭策自己。力争以自己的实际行动发挥共产党员先进榜样作用。

　　下半年所教语文成绩一直居于年级第一名，镇第一名，市教育局组织的期末考试中，语文成绩居于全县第11名，本人还多次参加县局《导学精练》、市局教辅《学习点津》及相关试卷的编写工作!学期初，为滦县，滦南，乐亭，唐海四县语文教师做教材培训，得到了市教研员、以及所有与会老师的一致好评。

　　外婆拎着竹篮，摘下那一团团桂花放入篮中，随之，还有那树枝抖动后纷纷坠落的桂花雨。我在桂花雨里蹲下，捡起一朵桂花，它有着四五片花瓣，不像其他花朵一瓣一瓣凋落，它要落下，便是一朵，即便凋零花瓣也不分家。看着树根旁的那堆桂花，是外婆把凋零在地但仍有一缕残香的桂花扫到树根旁，让它归根，而不是在那可望而不可即的树旁回望我们的妈妈。

　　回家帮着外婆洗桂花时，嗅着那清香，想着，篮里的这堆做成了桂花糕，树根旁的那堆成了肥料，真是运势不一样。洗净后的桂花挤去苦水，用糖密侵渍，并与蒸熟的糯米拌和，再经过蒸、拌、擀后塑形，桂花糕就出炉了，出炉后还有着那股淡淡的清香，和店里卖的不是一种味道，没任何添加剂，多的是大自然的香气。

　　那让我魂牵梦绕的香气，最熟知的味道，能痴迷，能落泪。将来，我要在我呆的地方种下一棵桂花树，等它扎根，抽芽，开花，即便凋落，也要团团落下，一块守护着妈妈，好似在危难关头团结的中华民族，每个中国人身上的赤子之情。
