　　1.组织教师继续学习《英语课程标准》、《英语课程纲要》等精神，充分认识课程改革的重要意义，关心并参与当前的课程改革研究;要认识到英语教学在整个素质教育中的重要地位和作用;并努力将这些正确的思想理念转化为积极可行的教学实践活动。以课堂为主要阵地，积极开展教学改革实践，根据小学生的学习特点探讨小学英语教学，并用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，努力探索提高课堂教学效率的途径和方法。认真做好理论笔记，对学习心得、体会能及时小结，能联系实际积极撰写教育教学论文和案例，从实践上升到理论。将教学、学习、研究融为一体。

　　2.明确小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，建立学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础;使他们初步形成用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为终身发展服务。

　　(二)落实常规教学，提高教学效率

　　开展以“实施有效教学”和“常规内容”为主题的校本教研。以落实课标、用好教材为基础，以实施有效课堂教学为重点，让教师立足实践，提出问题、分析问题、不断反思。

　　1.有效地组织好教研组常规教学，抓实业务学习、建立“个人初备——集体研究——个性发挥”的集体备课制度、听课、评课等教学，发挥团队协作精神，用集体的智慧来促进自己的教学。在各年级的备课中，做到教学资源共建、共享。

　　2.规范作业的布置与批改，严格按照我组制定的“英语作业批改要求”。在作业布置中由单一性作业向综合性作业转变。

　　3.在整个教学过程中，要求教师树立“全局观”，不是教几年级就只管这个年级，而是要积极参与到新教材的学习与探讨中，做到年级之间知识的整合与链接。

　　4.防止分化现象，积极探索转化学困生的策略是我们要面临的一大课题。部分学生学习时难度较大，所以我们在教学中应重视这些薄弱群体，并采取有效措施，如做好辅差教学等，不让一个学生掉队。坚持以学生为本，尽可能使每个学生在原有基础上获得发展。

　　其次，改进课堂教学。本学期继续推进课堂教学的探索：(1)确立课堂教学思路：着眼于培养学生综合语言运用能力，通过创设合理的教学情景，引导学生在模拟或真实交际中理解、模仿和运用语言;充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演等方法，生动活泼地进行英语教学。(2)采用以活动课为主的教学模式，突出在活动中学、练、用，强调用语言做事，每个活动的展开要有情景，有语言，有过程，有结果。任务型的活动可以适当渗透其中。(3)课堂教学中采用集体、个人、小组等多种活动形式，创造机会引导学生全员参与、全程参与，突出学生的主体地位，促进学生的积极情感体验。

　　(三)加强教研组建设，提升教师水平

　　2.注重发挥“帮带”的作用，促进青年教师成长。组织青年教师学习常规，并加强检查督促，通过说课、听课、评课、集体备课、教材分析等活动，让新教师过好课标关和教材关，尽快明确备课、上课的基本规范，适应小学英语的教学要求，不断提高业务素质。

　　3.以各项团队活动为平台，增强我们英语教研组的凝聚力、战斗力、研究能力和团队精神。

　　(四)拓宽发展渠道，促进学科建设

　　1.继续提高对英语学科的重视程度。我们英语教师要正确面对现在的英语教学实际，确保学生有足够的早自习和课外辅导时间。一些家长对英语教学要求还不甚了解，我们要多与家长联系，通过《告家长书》或家长会等一些渠道与家长交流、沟通，发挥家长在学生英语学习中的引导和督促作用。

　　2.加强中小学英语教学的衔接(重点是六年级)。如果中、小学对英语教学互不了解，容易造成学生学习脱节或重复，使学生造成畏惧或厌倦的心理，以致影响学生的英语学习。所以中小学之间有必要加强联系，增进了解，互相借鉴。

　　3.积极利用网络平台。网络给我们提供了交流的平台，使我们能够共享教学资源，更好适应课改的需要。我们全组教师要立足于网络平台，通过学习、交流、探讨，形成研讨氛围，促进学习、实践、反思相结合。
