一学期的教学工作结束了。在这个学期中,我们顺利地完成了六年级下册的英语教学。在这个进程中,我首次担负毕业班教师。在学期刚开始时,我所面临的题目,不但是像以往那样,完本钱册的书的教学;学生这一学期要参加小学生毕业自查,我必须在本册书的教学结束后,拟定一个小学英语的系统的温习计划,根据计划公道地安排自查前的温习工作。此时,学期结束了,教学工作如期完成了,我将对本学期的教学工作作出总结,总结本学期教学的基本情况、所取得的成绩及取得的经验、教训。

一、 本学期教学工作的基本情况与取得的成绩:

在本学期教学工作开始之际,我仔细地分析了教材,确定本册教材的教学、编写思路和教材的主要特点:教材的主要教学目的是激起学生学习英语爱好,使学生建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生的英语语感,为往后的英语学习打好语音、腔调、浏览和书写等方面的基础;具有以下一些特点:夸大语言的应用,重视能力的培养,突出爱好的激起,重视双向交换,融会学科内容,得视灵活扩大,实现整体设计,提供多媒体的配套材料,把知识学习与意识、情感培养结合在一起,如培养学生的爱国情感、环保意识等情感。

经过这一系列分析后,结合本学期的毕业自查预备工作拟定了教学工作计划,并根据教学计划逐渐实施教学工作。在本册教材教学进程中,根据它的特点与学生的年龄特点,学习风格与爱好爱好,选择了一些教学方法,如情形教学法、游戏法、歌曲法、表演法、交际法等等。另外,在教学中,我特别重视为学生创设单元学习的大情境,让学生在语言情境中进行单词、句型乃至段落学习,收到了良好的教学效果。

在完成新知识的教学后,根据教学计划安排,组织学生进行系统地小学英语阶段英语学科的温习。温习阶段,按字词句分类的横向温习与按年级内容的纵向温习并列进行。同时要求同学根据自己的实际水平与学习差异为自己确定学习目标,为学生提供尽可能多的学习方法、温习方法指导,变被动学习为主动学习。采取这一系列教学方法后,学生的学习积极性有一定进步。

二、 经验和体会:

本学期教学工作的完成和取得的成绩给了我很大的鼓舞。我在本学期的工作中,得益甚大,积累了更多的教学经验。固然碰到了很多前所未来的困难与题目,然而,在科组与先辈教师的指导与帮助下,积极思考解决,在困难与题目中不断成长。以下是我本学期积累下的一些重要经验:

1、六年级学生处于一个身心发展的转折阶段,在心理上变化特别大。这类情况对学生的学习状态有一定的影响。我很庆幸能应用在师范学校所学的知识,了解到对教师与学生来讲,这个一个转折期、危险期,同时,对老师来讲,是一个教育的关键期。

因此,要捉住这一时期学生的特点,给予及时的教育和引导,引导他们熟悉到学习才是他们的重要任务;继续以学生的需要为动身点,努力整合教学内容,活化课堂教学,结合学生的爱好,发掘教材中学生感爱好的部份,真正地做到教学为学生服务。这样,一步一步引导学生度过这一时期。

2、经过一学期的教学工作,我积累了更多的教学经验。特别是在毕业考前,关于“如何指学生进行系统化温习”,我总结了一些有效的经验和做法。如,在处理新知识(本册教材)完成时间与温习时间是非的题目上,我得出这样的结论:假如盲目地只求尽快把新课结束,由于时间紧急而拼命完成教学,忽视了学生的接受水平与学习状态,那是行不通的。新知识的教学要及时完成,然而,我还是主张在显现新知的第一阶段必须“求精而不求快”。对学生来讲,首次接触的新知识能否给他们留下深入的印象,对他们能否熟练把握是个相当重要的因素。

因此,在本学期下半学期,我一开始也是非常迷惑,到底选择尽快完成新知传授,转入温习阶段,还是循序渐进,按学生可接受的水平逐渐进行呢?结果,我还是选择后者。由于我熟悉到:由于行将参加毕业考试,各科教师都会投入更多的精力于教学中,在学生看来,这是一种无形的压力。老师与学生都处在紧张的状态中,学生更是要面临语、数、英三科的作业、作业、练习等等。学习生活变得繁忙,游戏活动时间的减少也会让他们觉得烦躁,情绪波动较大。因此,适当地放慢脚步,让学生一步一步在自己能够控制的范围内渐渐进步。固然我的新课结束时间比别的老师晚,但是效果却是使人满意的。在这个进程中,我在不断地思考,如何灵活地整合新旧知识,才更轻易于让学生在温习中做到事半功倍。无形中,我处理教学内容的能力也有所进步了。

在本学期的教学工作中,体会到:六年级教学任务虽是沉重,但却在其中收获很多。

三、 存在的题目:

本学期工作进程中,取得了一定的成绩,积累了很多工作经验,然而,在其中,依然存在着一些不足。

在温习阶段,大部份学生在课堂上的学习状态是积极的,但是,我们经常会忽视班上那小部份落后生。在我们进行紧张而沉重的温习工作时,最轻易忽视他们。不足的是,没有更多地关注到落后生的课堂学习情况,也没有尽最大的努力引导他们抓紧课堂的每分钟。因而,为了让他们取得进步,我们的做法却是进行“课后辅导”,增加师生的负担。因此,在往后的教学中,我要更积极地思考转化落后生的方法。如,在温习阶段,针对温习内容,应用竞争机制,在落后生的小圈子内进行内部竞争,激起他们上进的积极性。

在温习阶段,由于温习的内容触及到三、四、五、六年级的内容,内容量多,在处理内容方面还存在一些不足。如,五、六年级的内容应当为主,三、四年级的内容应当根据学生的能力进行选择(对大部份同学来讲,三、四年级的内容较简单,可应付)。五、六年级的单词、句型都是重中之重,内容较多,不可能面面俱到。但是,老师在这时候候应发挥应有的作用。为学生理顺知识结构,如,更有条理地进行句型分类。

另外,不应当为了应付考试,就忽视了英语作为一种语言的交际性,听、说、读和写尽可能兼顾,这样,才能充份体现本套教材的教学目的。同时,听和说是学生在英语学习中最感爱好的部份,因此,温习阶段,值得应用听和说的活动继续培养学生的学习爱好,将温习课的枯燥乏味变成生动活泼。

另外,小学英语课本中提供的教学素材,很多都能体现到情感、态度和价值观的培养目标,如,爱国情感、环保意识等的培养,对学生有重要的影响。在知识学习的同时,也不能忽视情感、态度和价值观的培养。这方面的教育应渗透在课堂教学中。

以上是本学期教学中存在的不足与缺点,在往后的教学中,继续努力,不断地思考和实施改进的方法。

本学期工做美满结束,总的来讲,在其中,我积累了很多经验,也取得了一定的成绩。但这远远不够,教学是漫无边际的,在以后的教学工作中,我将不断总结经验和教训,发挥上风,改善不足,虚心谨慎,继续前行!

  教材分析

  学情分析

  学生分析主要包括学生已有的认知经验、学习兴趣、生活经验等。 这课是围绕你来自哪里?你居住在哪里来展开问话的。这些句子比较容易,也符合学生心理,学生学起来比较容易和有兴趣,对于学生来说难度不大。就是国家的一些单词学生可能不太认识,得进行重点教。这里有一点就是学生都是来自中国,这个句型操练性不强,住在哪有一定的变动性。因此为了让学生多操练,得用多媒体,让学生和电脑上的人进行问话,了解不同国家的人,这样也有利于教其它国家的单词。

  教学目标

  1.能够在对话的过程中,感知、理解、学习交际用语和词汇:

  交际用语:Where do you come from ? I come from China.

  Where do you live ? I live in Beijing.

  词汇: Paris France London England Moscow Russia Hong Kong China

  2.学生能够利用这种对话进行简单的交流。能知道一些朋友是来自哪个国家和居住在什么地方。

  3.学生在知道了一些国家之后,还能学到一些国家的特殊标志性的建筑,知道一些国家的人情风俗,增加学生的知识面。

  教学重点和难点

  教学过程

  1.复习

  (1)让学生唱一首歌

  教师跟唱,学生全体唱,目的是为了让学生轻松的进入学习的气氛中。

  (2)复习第三人称单数

  教师说动词原型,学生说第三人称单数,目的是为了复习,同时达到本课呈上启下的作用。

  (3)让学生读第二课课文

  复习上课的内容,让学生达到巩固的作用。

  2.呈现

  (1)挂出图片,让学生知道这些国家和首都的名字,让学生跟读。Paris France London England Moscow Russia Hong Kong China

  (2)再挂出一些图片,让多媒体里面的人自问自答。

  Where do you come from ? I come from China.

  Where do you live ? I live in Beijing.

  让学生知道问的是什么意思。然后变化不同的国家让学生知道不同的国家的人如何回答,为学生操练打下伏笔。

  (3)然后老师和学生之间对话,就多媒体之间互相问话。

  这种呈现方式,让学生能很容易进入本课的学习,通过图画让学生了解各国的不同的标志性建设,有利于学生从感观上认识其它国家,并产生兴趣。并且能让学生马上记住所要教的国家的英语,让学生顺利的进入操练部分。

  3.操练

  (1)老师和学生之间操练这些句型

  (2)学生与学生之间集体操练这些句型

  (3)让学生单个上来操练这些句型

  这种由点到面的操练模式,是跟据学生掌握知识的一种循序渐进的过程,让学生从容易到难的操练,让学生熟悉句子。

  4.游戏活动

  当学生能熟练的说出这些句型的时候,就是学生进行游戏比赛的活动时间了。

  我把不同国家的卡片分发给每个组,然后每组前后分别一问一答轮流下去,哪个组问得最快最好的为胜,并给于一定的奖励。

  游戏是为了巩固本课的重点内容,让学生在轻松的活动中达到更好的巩固新知识的目的。

  课前准备:

  1、教师准备lets start部分和主情景图的教学课件。

  2、教师准备录音机和本课时的录音带。

  3、教师准备a lets learn部分的单词卡片。

  教学步骤:

  一、热身(warm-up)

  1、复习副词:always,usually,often,sometimes,never的读音与词义。

  t: when do you get up? / when do you go to school? …(引导学生用always,usually,often,sometimes回答)

  2、t:today i go to school by bus. i usually go to school on foot.教师利用肢体动作帮助学生理解句子意思。

  t:what about you? do you go by bike or by bus? do you go on foot? or bycar?师生之间自由会话,引出几种常见的交通方式。引导学生看本课lets start部分的标图并回答问题。

  二、预习(preview)

  lets chant

  教师放本课lets chant部分的录音,唱到on foot时,全班跺跺脚;唱到by car/ bike/ bus/ plane/train的时候,学生做出相应的动作。然后教师根据歌谣内容随机出示lets learn部分的单词卡片加深学生印象,全班学生再跟录音边唱边做一遍。

  三、新课呈现(presentation)

  lets learn

  1、教师做动作,自问自答:“how do i go to school? i go to school by bike.”并在黑板上写下:bybike。教师再重复刚才的句子并问某一学生:what about you? how do you go to school?教师帮助学生说出完整的句子:“i go to school by…”并将相应的短语写在黑板上。

  2、看短语贴卡片游戏

  教师依次出示画着不同交通工具的短语卡片,让学生迅速地贴在黑板上的by短语旁边,教师领读短语和句子“l go to school by...”

  3、“快速反应”游戏

  教师说出某个短语,如:by bike,让学生做相应的动作并说出句子,如:i go to school by bike.

  4、教师拿出刚才学生可能没有提到的交通工具的图片,如:by plane/subway/ ship/boat等,呈现和练习这些短语。然后指着课本上的配图问:“what can you see in the pictures?”注意引导学生理解"地铁"的含义:“its an underground railway in a city. it travels very fast.”教师领读新学短语。

  5、学生听录音,跟读lets learn部分的内容。教师注意纠正学生的语音、语调。

  6、教师引导学生进行单词的拼读竞赛。可空出单词中的元音字母让学生填写,也可打乱组成单词的字母的顺序,让学生重新排序,组成单词。

  7、lets play

  教师请学生说一些地点,比如:school, beijing, the us, themoon等;教师鼓励学生大胆想象出行方式和所去地点。然后学生两人结对进行句型操练,一人问“how do you go to beijing/ the usa/the moon?”另一学生给出答案:“i go by train/ plane/ spaceship. ”

  四、巩固和延伸(consolidation and extension)

  1、教师引导学生看主情景图,说出其中表现的交通方式。学生多能说出:on foot,by bike, bysubway。如有学生问及小丑骑的独轮车以及幼儿骑的三轮儿童车教师可补充说明那分别是unicycle和tricycle;而自行车bike的另一说法:bicycle,意为两轮车。

  2、学生做lets learn部分的活动手册配套练习;教师指导学生规范书写。新学伊始,教师非常有必要对学生重申一下书写的要求。

  五、homework

  1、学生背诵并抄写四会单词;

  2、学生预习c lets sing部分的歌曲。
