  二、热爱学生

  以发展的眼光看待学生,此时他们的英语成绩可能不理想,但将来他们可能在各领域会很有成就,我们会以他们而自豪。所以我们要承认他们之间的差异,认识到多元智能的存在,尊重他们,热爱他们!不要因为目前他们的英语成绩不好而一味地职责他们。作为教师,我们的前程是可预见的,我们只是在专业和经验方面暂时优于他们,可是学生的未来不定性很强,他们很可能会比我们更好。

  三、热爱教学

  专研学生和教材教法,使学生对英语有美好的情感体验,在原有基础上有所提高。学生对英语的爱和进步会给我们带来成就感,会让我们感悟到人生的意义和幸福! 虽然大家可能觉得这三点是老生常谈,可确实是我的肺腑之言。我很庆幸我们选择的是教育事业,面对年轻有活力,充满朝气和希望的学生,我们真的已经很幸福了!

  3.课本为主,资料为辅

  那种迷信资料而放弃课本的做法是本末倒置的,同时,那种排斥资料中所提供的先进信息的做法是固步自封的。无庸质疑,课本是基础,而好的资料则是加深课本、提高能力的重要手段。任何资料都不能代替课本,但资料可以突出课本的重要内容,可以提供课本中所不具有的先进理念和与时俱进的信息。因此,无论是开始复习的夯实基础阶段,还是构建知识网络、归纳基本方法及技巧阶段,都要在立足于课本的基础上进行。但同时,也要精选有典型性和针对性的资料,这样有利于学生掌握解题方法和解题规律。
