　　以发展的眼光看待学生，此时他们的英语成绩可能不理想，但将来他们可能在各领域会很有成就，我们会以他们而自豪。所以我们要承认他们之间的差异，认识到多元智能的存在，尊重他们，热爱他们！不要因为目前他们的英语成绩不好而一味地职责他们。作为教师，我们的前程是可预见的，我们只是在专业和经验方面暂时优于他们，可是学生的未来不定性很强，他们很可能会比我们更好。

　　三、热爱教学。
