　　First, human beings do not need to share their rights with animals. To me god creats animals just want animals enrich the world, not to give them rights. Actually, men have wisdom but animals not; men speak in words but animals not; men use hands to creat and change the world but animals not; men record their experience but animals not, and will never do.All of those above really convey an idea that human beings are superior to animals. World has been changed by men and also will be changed by men in the future. Consequently, world is supposed to be controlled by human beings. 　　Second,doing research on animals is a way to get a higher achievement. It’s not a matter of humannity but a problem of development.With these experiments, we find, develop and prove new programmes, and then make use of those not only benefit for human beings but also for animals.For intance, the first clone dog came into being in Korea in 2005, and this helps animals breed and strengthens their quantities.Also, it does a favor for curing human beings’ diseases.Therefore, clone dog is considered to be a milestone in histoty of the world.

　　Some may claim that why not using huamn beings to be experimented instead of animals. When it comes to this ,we should first think whose survival is more important. As men organize these researches and dominate the world,of course men are more important. Similarly, if our society is dominated by cats or other animals, and we human being will be made use of being experimented. By then who would say for we human beings? What’s more, using animals is attributed to their great productivities. Pigs can have more than three little pigs at a time, some animala even more. However, men just give a birth to one baby at a time.

　　Third,it is impossible to drive animals to be completely extinct,but killing animals is also inevitable.For one part, men cannot live without animals as animals’ meat contains much protein which is essential for huamn development. A man without meat is like a fish without water. For another, the outcome will be terrible if we let animals fertilize by their own. Try to imagine they fertilize discretionarily and never be controlled, resources will be exhausted, finally the ecosystem will lose their balance, this will never do good to men nor to animals. For example, sheep is a really problem in Australia. As Autralian government has promulgated a law to protect sheep, sheep overproduce and the grass in Australia can not stand their vast number any more.As a result, soil has become barren or even desert. So killing animals is a good way for earth development in a way.

　　Finally, let us suppose animals have the same rights with human beings, and what will the world be. Cows or other animals walk optionally in the streets such as in India. As men have no rights to prohibit animals and animals do not know what is orderliness, thus, traffic will be in chaos, no whistle works, no traffic lights work, no rules work.In a word,all lose control just because of animals’ unawareness of orderliness. Furthermore, human beings are unable to absord sufficient nutrition for development, not only for mental growth but also for physical development. Ultimately, world will not be developed or even drop back just because of men’s disabilities of creating new ideas.

　　To summarize, animals do not have the same rights as human beings do, and they are not supposed to have. With treating animals differ from men, world can be in order and developed.
