　　受当前经济社会发展的影响，再加上近几年研究生大规模扩招，就业形势较好的英语专业硕士研究生目前也面临着就业市场的供需失调。面对史上最难的“就业季”，大家都不想成为“毕剩客”。本文根据调查数据，通过对河北省高校英语专业硕士研究生就业现状分析对比，探讨影响和阻碍我省高校英语专业硕士毕业生的就业因素，进而寻求解决英语专业硕士研究生就业的方法与对策研究。

　　改革开放三十多年来，我国社会主义市场经济迅猛发展。从改革开放初期开始，英语作为一门热门学科和专业，一直受到人们的广泛关注。尤其是我国成功举办北京奥运会、上海世博会后，其国际地位及影响力稳步提升。社会对高层次人才的需求呈逐年增长态势。在经济全球化的大背景下，国际交流与合作日益广泛，学术文化交流日益活跃，这些都从客观上形成“英语热”现象。然而随着全球金融风暴、国际经济危机和欧债危机等影响，我们不得不面临着前所未有的严峻性就业形势。2013年我国高校毕业生总量达到699万，同比2012年增加了19万，与2005年相比增长了近15倍。受其影响，2013年我国研究生计划招生规模达到创纪录的60.8万人。其中硕士研究生招生规模为53.9万，博士研究生招生规模为6.9万。面对史上最难的“毕业季”与“就业潮”，英语专业硕士研究生就业状况让人担忧。英语专业硕士研究生就业状况及社会满意度如何，如何在此基础上调整与修改研究生的课程设置与培养方案以适应当前市场化需求等等，成为了我们亟待探讨的问题。

　　本文以针对河北省英语专业硕士研究生状况调查研究为基础，重点调查和分析了河北联合大学英语专业硕士研究生就业情况。调查问卷设计共包括四部分内容，即个人信息；对工作的期待；对自我的认识以及在求职或就业中的感受；对所学专业教学及课程设置的合理化建议。本次问卷调查是于2013年4月初进行的，主要的调查对象是近两年我校（河北联合大学）英语专业硕士毕业的研究生，其中包括已毕业的2009级硕士毕业生和即将毕业的2010级硕士研究生。此次调查共发放问卷50份，收回有效问卷为48份，总有效率为96%。

　　除了问卷，利用访谈总结出用人单位对英语专业硕士毕业生的要求，了解采访已就业学生的工作情况与工作心得。调查结果结合当前国家发布的就业政策以及当前的招聘信息进行分析，对比英语专业研究生对未来就业发展的期望分析，以及就业单位和用人单位对所需求人才要求之间关系的差异。为高校研究生教育的教学方法改革、教学技能提升、推动创新发展与就业指导工作提供行之有效的方法和建议，对英语专业硕士研究生进一步的认清新形势、找准定位，提出一些建设性意见。

　　一、英语专业硕士研究生就业期待选择及现状对比

　　根据调查结果显示，同学们比较倾向的单位是党政机关（24%），金融单位（18%），国企（18%），之后是科研高校与三资企业，选择自主创业的占10%，后面的选择其他教学单位占3%。为了了解和分析学生的就业期望和现实存在的情况之间的差距与差异，笔者对他们进行了跟踪调查，结果显示，在已经毕业后就业的河北联合大学英语专业硕士毕业生中，在国企和金融单位就业的比例为17%和18%，在科研高校和三资企业就业的比例为10%和9%，在党政机关就业的比例仅为5%，这与之前调查中所期待的24%相差甚远。另外，有37%的硕士毕业生分布在其它的私企、民营等单位。此外，之前有10%的学生选择为自主创业，但就业时真正选择的为0%。（见表1）

　　由此我们可以看出，目前我省英语专业硕士研究生主要流向还是政府机关、国企、高校和三资企业等，而且进入国企和三资企业的比重呈逐年上升势头，特别是选择金融业单位的英语专业硕士毕业生逐渐增多，这就说明近年来，社会对英语或其他专业研究生的需求与方向，由学术研究型向社会实用型的过渡转变。特别是随着2008年美国次贷危机所引发的全球金融危机以来，近几年的世界经济走势对我国经济造成的困难日趋严重。对外贸易出口、外商合作等企业减少，甚至倒闭，给就业市场带来巨大的影响。另外，有很多银行业、金融业、外资商务业等其员工也面临着削减或失业的危及，更谈不上对其他别的专业需求了。一部分需要外语专业人才的单位更是为了节省成本，会聘任一些具有一定外语水平的非专业的本科生或职业院校学生，这使得本已严峻的英语专业硕士研究生就业形势更加不堪重负。

　　二、阻碍和制约我省英语专业硕士研究生就业因素及影响

　　1、英语专业硕士研究生培养机制与培养方法的欠缺

　　当前，绝大多数英语专业研究生的培养单位一直采用传统的“语言+文学”型学术性教学培养模式。以我省高校为例，在仅有的5所英语专业研究生培养单位中，有4所只设有外国语言学及应用语言学和英语语言文学专业。而且，从专业方向分析来看，大部分课程设置侧重于语言学和文学理论，多为基础理论、专业知识和初级应用型教学法等，学科应用、学科创新等课程较少。这就会造成学生步入社会后，用人单位与学校培养的人才之间的需求矛盾越发凸显。另外，在培养方法上也严重制约了学生的特点、个性和自我发展空间，学生的思维能力与创造能力得不到积极调动，以至于在求职市场中没有竞争力。

　　2、英语专业硕士研究生的专业背景限制

　　随着时代的发展、社会的进步，在全球化大背景下，人们对学习英语的意识逐渐提高。现在的英语教育已普及到千家万户，成为热门的公共教育。学习英语也成为了幼儿的启蒙教育，其热门程度甚至超过了之前的美术、音乐、舞蹈等。而且很多幼儿园或早教机构都开始教授启蒙英语，这使得学习英语的环境得到了很好的改善。现在的英语不仅是“工具”，而且是一种时代需求的技能，越来越多的人都能够自如地应用。以我省高校来说，在这种时代的大背景下，导致部分非英语专业学生的英语运用技能及实践能力高于英语专业学生。因为对于绝大多数工作而言，英语是一种工具也是一项技能需求，其目的是辅助主要工作及方法，与对外资源交流、谈判、合作，达成需求目的和效益，来实现共赢。就这些用人单位而言，如在所学专业基础上再熟练掌握英语的实用技能，可起到锦上添花、画龙点睛之作用。所以，这使一些用人单位对实用英语要求较高，能满足工作需求就可以。这就导致公司对纯粹学习英语、研究英语的人才需求量大幅减少，从而促使当前英语专业研究生就业面临着十分严峻的挑战。

　　3、英语专业硕士研究生与其他专业研究生的择业观差异

　　英语专业硕士研究生与其他专业研究生在择业观的对比上也有很大差异。英语专业硕士研究生普遍对就业常持有一种高期望的心态，有时甚至固执，可谓是“不撞南墙不回头”，一心只想寻求与自己专业对口、薪水高、发展前景广阔、各项待遇优厚的单位。殊不知，经验与经历是无形的财富。一蹴而就的心态只能换来就业的失败与苦恼。

　　本次调查显示，选择收入高低的比例最大占35%，其次是选择发展前景的比例为30%，选择个人兴趣的为12%，选择社会地位的高低和离家远近的分别占8%与6%，选择其他的占9%。根据调查我们可以看出，英语专业硕士研究生与其他专业研究生的择业观差异和居高不下的就业预期与不容乐观的就业现实形成了巨大发差。这也是当前英语专业研究生在就业中面临的供需失调的根本问题所在。

　　三、解决办法与对策研究

　　1、实行宏观调控，推进就业宏观经济政策，创造良好就业环境

　　作为政府应实行宏观调控，制定和推行促进就业的宏观政策，促进就业继续增长的主体平稳。政府各部门、各单位应协调疏通各种就业渠道，完善相关的政策体系，制定行之有效的就业政策。另外，各类用人单位应认清形势，提高思想认识，切实可行的积极化解各种消极因素给就业工作带来的影响，根据实际，科学有效地制定人员聘用方法及规则，坚决杜绝性别歧视和人才高消费。

　　2、建立合理的知识结构，改进培养方法，逐步完善体制保障

　　近年来，高校大规模扩招、知识结构单一、培养目标及方法滞后，导致高校的教学质量呈下滑趋势，使毕业生在就业市场上不再具备优势。作为就业前景并不看好的英语专业研究生的培养单位，必须要改变传统的重理论、轻实践，重知识、轻能力的思想观念，从改革教育教学模式、调整优化教学内容、提高学生创新技能、提供对口兼职工作等多层面全面提高学生的专业技能和职业素养，增强竞争能力。另外，培养单位还应该建立合理的知识结构，改进培养方法，进行行之有效的教学改革，鼓励创新型培养模式，逐步完善体制保障，从而提高学生的创新实践能力，拓宽知识领域和专业功底，以增强社会适应能力。

　　3、更新就业观念，科学合理择业，积极改善调整职业定位

　　当前，严峻的就业形势使得大学生在求职过程中更多的是一个被选择者，就业意愿和就业现实的矛盾突出。因此要更新就业观念，确定恰当的就业期望值，科学合理择业。英语专业硕士毕业生应积极改善和调整职业定位，放下高期望与高眼光，脚踏实地的从实际出发，树立科学有效地就业意识与方法。要充分认识到，自身就业意愿转变的重要性，可以考虑从门槛低、综合要求较为宽松的单位或基层岗位做起，积累相关工作经验，提高实践能力，再选择有利于自己发展和实现更高价值的岗位；要认识到获得就业才是将来职业发展的基本前提，而根据现实情况和个人特点的综合因素考虑择业，将有助于谋划理想职业。
