若谈起中国文学的巅峰之作，必有“红楼梦”的一席之地。《红楼梦》一书，与其说是描述众多人物的起起伏伏，我更愿意将其看成是一本描述“人生”与“信仰”的书。比如，《红楼梦》写到“大观园试才题对额”时有一个情节，为元妃(贾元春)省亲修建的大观园竣工后，众人给园中桥上亭子的匾额题名，这就是典型的“人生场景”之一。

在这个典型场景中，有人主张从欧阳修《醉翁亭记》“有亭翼然”一句中，取“翼然”二字。这种人代表的便是“直接移用”的人，而中国历史上从不缺乏“读书很多，却缺乏变通”的读书人。这类“读死书”的人，完全忽略了欧阳修在琅琊山建醉翁亭，展现的是携友饮酒作乐的风雅情趣，与元妃(贾元春)省亲一事，根本就是“风马牛不相及”。只可惜，在那样的“人群环境”中，一旦“身临其境”，就很难让“心境”超然其中，不自觉就落入俗套了。我希望我自己未来，要读很多的书，但绝不要成为这样的读书人。

在这个典型场景中，也有人比“直接移用之人”要略高一筹，懂得“些微”的“变通”，进化为“借鉴化用”之人。贾政认为“此亭压水而成”，题名“还须偏于水”，主张从“泻出于两峰之间”中拈出一个“泻”字，有人即附和题为“泻玉”。这里的贾政所选的“泻”字并非是一个“好选择”。古语有云：“一泻万丈”，常常指瀑布飞流直下的气势，形容江河奔流直下，流得又快又远。而这里的“亭楼水榭”，水流并非汹涌而来，而是悠然而至。而且，“一泻千里”又暗藏家族衰败之意，实属不妥。但最让人不齿的便是那些“附和之人”，附和题为“泻玉”的那些人物，确实属于社会中的“负能量人物”，不值得学习。戴斌老师认为孩子们未来如果“身临其境”，希望可以“心境超然”，避免人云亦云。

最后，在这个典型场景中，最难能可贵的，就是可以做到“根据情境独创”的宝玉。宝玉在红楼梦中，是曹雪芹先生“内心所向”、“与众不同”的“高人”。他的“高”不在“才华”高低，而在于“心性”的高低。宝玉不愿意去“生搬硬套古人所言”，也不愿意“附和父亲的含义方向”，自己选了自己认为合适的“题名”思路，选了“沁芳”二字，表达了自己的心声。“沁芳”二字算不得“惊世骇俗”的“才华之作”，而在那种“附庸风雅、人云亦云”的环境中，显得清新脱俗。

可见，今天的我们，要做一个创新的青年，不一定需要很高的才华，关键是要内心与思维要“超凡脱俗”，跳出常规的“思维桎梏”，“活出”自己，“展现”自己。可谓是，处于“众人之中而不从众”，“既入世却不世俗”，这是很不容易的。古往今来，很多知识分子都不一定能做到宝玉这样，处于“这种人云亦云的大环境中”，却可以有独特的创新思考，不走凡俗之路。这也就是曹雪芹在塑造宝玉这个形象时，很重要的权衡和考量。

今天，站在经济全球化、科技革命与民族复兴的时代节点，中国需要的是“有创新思维和创新能力”的新青年，我愿意成为这样的新青年，在未来的大学生涯里多读书、读好书，将书本的知识灵活运用、融会贯通，用“超然的心境”塑造“创新思维”，思索未来趋势。
