　　实习内容主要包括听课、备课、试讲、答疑及批改作业四部分。在本次实习

　　1.听课

　　听课是教师的一项必不可少的、经常性的职责与任务。听课有利于教学者之间相互学习，相互取长补短，共同提高，共同前进，有利于转变教学思想，更新教学观念，提高教学水平，提高教学质量。在试讲前的听课，是必不可少的一个过程。在此过程中，可以了解到什么样的教学形式，教学风格利于学生吸收。在实习期间，我就初一、初二、初三有选择性的听了五位老师共五堂课。在听课的过程中，我让自己进入到“学生”的角色，从学生角度，按学生水平去听课，并思考如果我就是学生那种认识能力和理解能力，我能否听得懂，学得会。站在学生的立场去理解课堂。同时，我也让自己进入到“教学者”的角色，思考，如果让我来上一堂课，我该怎么做。将讲课者的教法与自己的构思进行比较，从中找到自己欠缺之处。从这些老师的课堂中，我了解到了目前英语教科书的形式与特色，学生的基本情况，各个老师的教学风格特色，为自己的试讲做好准备。

　　2．备课

　　充分备课是上好课的前提，提高课堂教学质量和效果，首先要抓好备课这一环。教学实践表明，教师在备课上所花工夫的多少直接影响授课的质量。备课作为教师课前准备的过程，亦是教师提高知识水平和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。在备课之前，我请教了办公室的'几位老师如何备课，并学习了他们的备课记录本。之后，我仔细思考了教科书的组织，在脑中构思一堂课的过程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指导老师看过之后，我们一起改进了其中较为欠缺之处。我的第一份教案在经过多次修改之后终于通过。此后我又写过五份教案，每份教案都经指导老师检查后我才运用到实际教学中。

　　我深切体验到设计教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗体力也耗脑力，同时也是一件颇艺术的工作。经过良久的冥思苦想，忽然头脑开窍，一个思路出来了，一个问题解决了，那种成就感、兴奋感是不言而喻的。

　　3.试讲

　　我一共进行了两次试讲，每次大约20分钟。第一次试讲讲的是课本内容，，另一次使讲解课后作业。3月22日，我在初一六班进行了一次试讲。上课内容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上课没有太多经验，我在教学风格上部分模仿了我的指导老师，此外也添加一些自己的内容。比如，为了吸引学生的兴趣，我将简笔画与口语练习相结合，并以此复习学生们已经学过的单词。我的第一次试讲取得了较好的效果，指导老师也给予了肯定。当然，还是存在一些不足，比如，由于紧张，我犯了一个口头错误，在让学生做练习的时候少加了一句重要的句型。在课堂后，我在教室后面检查板书，发现板书格式不太规范。在与指导老师以及其他几位听课老师交流后，我将自己的优缺点都记下，为下次讲课做改进。
