Owning to my hard work ,I was rewarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year 2000. The next year, I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department, responsible for the Developing and strengthening a good relationship between the principal customers and my company .Two major customers, Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel, are under my work.

　　However,with time going on ,the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that I'm really interested in the Enterprise Management .I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . I'm eager to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University. So I resigned in August , 2003 and started the way to pursuing my studies. After about half year's hard work, I'm finally standing before you honorable professors now. I'm really excited .

　　很多同学都知道，大作文对于我们来说，似乎有一个非常神奇的数字“三”。我们知道“道生一，一生二，三生万物”，这个“三”恰恰是考研英语大纲对写作的要求。

　　第一步：描写现象

　　其实很多同学都了解，我们的考研英语写作为什么提到三方面，去浏览大纲的话，你发现它在确定我们考研英语写作的时候，明确指出：要求同学们在自己的作文当中，也就是200来字的大作文当中要非常真切地、确切地写出我们对整个考研英语写作技巧的要求。考研英语写作的“逻辑三段论”当中，你可以在第一个自然段，把你所看到真真切切的现象写出来，我们都知道什么叫“现象”，现象是我们看到的，在我们身边发生的事情，在我们试卷当中一个图画里所表达的东西，同学们也看到了一个新的东西，当你写出现象的时候，实际说的直白一点，你就已经会了英文写作的描写手法了。我们今天要考研，可能你第一个自然段一定是描写出来的，而且这种描写一定要客观。

　　第二步：透过现象看本质

　　如果我们只把现象说出来，那不是考研的要求，因为考研的第二步要求的是什么？通过现象看你内在的本质，内在的本质又是什么东西？其实就是画外音。有的同学问我，丁老师，明年的考题会不会有画外音。如果你仔细想一想，远了不说，就从20xx年到现在已经八年了，这八年的大作文考试当中，只有07年的大作文当中看到没有画外音，其他七年的考试都是有画外音的。比如我们考了，“爱心是一盏灯，越黑暗的地方越明亮”；我们也考了文化，国内文化和国际文化之间的关系；甚至我们都知道“养老足球赛”，这是跟和谐社会相背道的现象；同时我们也看到了，对贝克汉姆的盲目崇拜是不可为的，所以这些东西对同学们来讲，都是一种现象，随后给了你一个画外音。这时候同学看到，拿08年大作文来说，“你一条腿、我一条腿，你我一起走南闯北”，我们都知道，“你我一起”就在向我们传递着一种理念。当你第一自然段描写完看到的图画之后，第二自然段最重要的就是让同学们把这个现象下面的本质告诉我们。

　　第三步：议论

　　最后该来说说议论了。毕竟我们写的是议论文，什么是议论呢？我发现很多同学，他们不能非常清晰地分清什么是说明，什么是议论，这造成了一种尴尬，很多同学都在该说明的时候把议论混进去了。但是你要知道，在真正你们的目标读者，就是判卷老师分析的过程中，他一定会重点要看你是不是把说明和议论分清楚了。所以同学要知道，到了今天，我们重要的备考阶段究竟是什么，你应该头脑非常清晰地能够把以上的内容弄清楚，那也就是我们要了解，我们在真正该说明的时候就去说明。

　　那么议论应该怎么去说呢？我们采取了一些措施和手段。比如一些丑恶现象我们要去解决它；当我们看到了“人”字结构相互支撑的时候，我们应该弘扬它、学习它，因为这样的话我们会如何如何，这是同学在这个时候要思考的。说到这儿同学可能已经感觉到了，这个所谓的“三”这个神奇的数字已经告诉了我们，我们在一篇大作文当中，理论上讲是三个段落的。这三个段落应该确切地说，按照它的写作手法来分，第一段应该是描写，第二段应该是说明，第三段确切地讲是我们的议论。

　　经常有同学问我要不要背文章，要背，但是不能盲目空洞的去背。因为，如果只有华丽的句子而文章美誉内容，分数肯定高不了。当然背句子对于提升写作水平很有帮助，但是希望大家一定要记住，当你的内容欠缺的时候，你所出的招数，就是这些美丽的词藻似乎失去了魅力，现在这个时候更应该努力地思考，思考什么？思考你身边的一些现象，思考你看到的每一道作文题，而并不是说只背那么几道小题，就一定能把这个时候的写作扣上，这种可能性是微乎其微的。所以说，其实写作是应该早复习的。

　　特点1、重格式，不轻内容

　　应用文的大作文的一个很大区别就是重格式，规律性强。格式和套路不对,一般会给阅卷老师留下很不好的印象。例如：信件一般不需要题目，通知和告示却需要，如20xx年的题目Volunteers wanted。不只题目，还有客套话以及署名等。例如：公务信函中的称呼，一般而言，如果是不认识的人，称呼为敬词+尊称。例如，Dear Sir or Madam 或To whom it may concern;如果是写给关系正式的某团体中的具体人，称呼为敬词+尊称+名。例如，Dear Mr. xx或Dear Ms. xx;对于关系较亲密的人可以直呼其名(Dear)Peter等。这都是有规律可循的。

　　特点2、轻思想，重交际

　　这里所谓的轻思想，主要是指因为100字的应用文，除去那些客套话，其实一般主体部分也就2-3个句子就可以解决。这么短的篇幅，是不可能要求思想性有多强。这点和大作文不一样，大作文中，如果你没有一定的思想深度，文章结构会很松散，让人感觉是句子的堆砌。而那种连贯性和衔接手法的应用也不会太准确。而小作文，我们要做到的只是注意用词语体以及语域的适当性，要点覆盖的全面性。

　　特点3、字数少，易得分

　　上面我们提到了，应用文的篇幅很短，这使得我们很容易得分。试想，如果想在阅读理解中得到10分，你需要在理解一篇500-600字的文章的基础上答对5道选择题。从这个角度而言，小作文的确是容易拿分的部分，应该成为考生提分的一个板块。

　　特点4、重套路，难发挥

　　应用文的这一个特点，仍然是和它的套路性、格式化有关。因此，我们更加需要用词的准确性。需要我们对于一些语言的语体特点(genre features)进行区分。以免让词汇的语体影响到准确性。写给机构的信函，应该避免使用太口语化的语言。例如06年是写给一个机构的申请信，而08年是写给友人的私人信件，那么在这两年的应用文写作中，就要求使用不同的语言。从称呼到正文部分，08年的文章用词都可以更口语化和随意一些。正因为这种套路的稳定性，对于同等基础的考生来讲，这部分很难达到技压群雄的效果，很难拉开和别人的距离。也就是说，对于所有的考生来说，得10分不容易，但是得2分甚至4分也很不容易。

　　If I were away from home for a year, I would be very lonely, especially in the beginning before Imade friends. If I could call my mother and father, I would hear their familiar voices and I wouldnot feel so lonely. Hearing my friends’ voices would also help me overcome my sadness.

　　For me a cell phone is a necessity. I would need it anytime I was lonely, anytime I needed to dosomething I didn’t know how to do, and anytime I just wanted to talk. Of course, the phone billwill be sent to my parents.
