　　一、注重心理

　　除了老师带给学生运用英语语言体系中的一些方法来记忆单词外，其实学生也会自己找到一些方法来记忆单词。他们总是运用熟悉的东西增增减减来帮助他们记忆。有一次，我的女儿在记忆“大楼”这个单词，我认为对她而言这是一个有点难度的单词，结果我女儿说这个单词最好记忆。因为她把“-ding”这一部分当做拼音当中的整体认读来识记的，再加之读音又差不多。于是在以后的教学中，我总是鼓励学生想想有没有什么办法来记忆单词，在这种情况下，他们总是乐于开动脑筋的。他们会联想到熟悉的东西，讲出来和其他同学一起分享，这样记背单词的工作又多了一份乐趣。

　　四、遵循科学

　　4、考试：本学期根据学校的要求进行了四次考试，每次的考试，都能做到查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学习方法，争取更大的进步。

　　二、存在问题：

　　1、课堂中仍有局部学生缺乏锻炼机会，未能充沛调动每一个学生的学习积极性，仍有局部学生课堂上不敢开口讲话，存在怕羞的心理。

　　2、学生在单词记忆上存在障碍，局部同学因为缺乏适当的单词记忆方法，而造成阅读理解上的困难。

　　三、具体改进措施如下：

　　1、激发学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。好的开端是胜利的一半，这样入门阶段的课堂教学显得尤为重要老师应昼用直观、形象的教学方法并结合简笔画、挂图、扮演等进行教学，使学生感到新颖，有趣味，调节课堂气氛，充沛发挥学生的主体作用。鼓励学生大胆地说英语。

　　2、重视培养学生良好的学习习惯。

　　（1）、首先树立起学生的自信心。初学英语时，多褒扬，少批评，通过循序渐进的学习，在学生心中建立成绩感。

　　（2）、正确拼读单词。目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法判断其读音，从单词的读音雇其拼法的能力，做到“见形知其音，见音知其形”。

　　（3）、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子，运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。

　　（4）、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师要尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术。多听录音磁带，要使听和说有机地结合起来，增强学生听的意识和说的能力。
