　　The final thing I think about large cities is the diversity of the people. the United States ismade up of people of different races, religions, abilities, and interests. However, you seldom findsuch a variety of people in a small town. I think that living in an area where everyone was justlike me would quickly become boring.

　　Of course, security is a concern, and that one area where small towns are superior to bigcities. Still, I would rather be a bit more cautions and live a large city than to feel secure butbored.

　　1.2课外作业着手，享受成功的滋味：学习生活的每一个细微的环节，都要寻找学生的闪光点，给与适当的表扬，让他们享受成功的滋味，品尝成功的快乐，后进生尤为重要。一次学生作业抽查时，教师意外发现一学生作业非常工整，书写极为认真，和这位学生以前的相比，进步大极了，教师在全班学生面前不失时机表扬她，把他的作业展示在给全班学生。此之后，这位学生每一科的每次作业都是非常认真、工整的完成，让老师耳目一新，让同学刮目相看，大竖拇指。在被赏识中学生找回了自信，找到了闪光点，品尝了成功的滋味。

　　2优化课堂教学，大胆探索与创新

　　以学生发展为中心，鼓励学生大胆探索创新。作为小学语文教师，根据语学科的特点，充分利用课堂这一有利的环境，践行新课标精神，以教师为主导，学生为主体，启发式和讨论式互相结合，在赏识中让学生质疑问难，激励学生求异思维，拓展丰富想象空间，探索中有所创新。

　　3.1赏识学生互动探究方式，体会成就感：以学生为本，教师引导，让学生探索，合作交流互动，在赏识中自主发现问题、提出问题、思考问题、解决问题。讲述《找不到快乐的波斯猫》一课，课件演示一只迷茫的波斯猫，让学生找出相关的段落，阅读体会，质疑提问。有个学生问：“波斯猫怎么那么迷茫呢?”另一位学生问：“什么原因让它这样呢?”还有的问：“波斯猫的生活很好啊，怎么能不快乐呢?”教师进行表扬：“很好!同学们动脑筋，提出了令老师意想不到的问题。自读课文，找出相应的答案，小组之间讨论交流。”学生们受到表扬，兴致勃勃，开始合作自主学习。体验了学习语文时的成功与喜悦。

　　3.2赏识学生的劳动成果，体验成就感：成功能增加满足的感觉，能鼓起进一步成功的动力。赏识学生的劳动成果，大大增强学生的自信心。注意挖掘学生作业的优点，及时表扬，让学生体验被赏识的滋味，促进学生的学习。讲述《中国传统文化》，小组合作学习，课后寻找合适资料，共同讨论、研究，小组交流，最后展示，写下自己的体会。将学生的合作成果贴于学习园地，受到表扬的为自己出了一份力而感到骄傲。
