Before the dish is finished, add a spoon of oil and some chopped green onion and a spoon of soy sauce, and then the steaming fish is done. My mother is very good at cooking this course. I really love the way she cook the fish, not only maintain the original flavors of the fish, but also provide with enough protein.

　　四、具体措施

　　1、认真备好每一次培优辅差教案，努力做好学习过程的趣味性和知识性相结合。

　　2、加强交流，了解潜能生、优异生的家庭、学习的具体情况，尽量排除学习上遇到的困难。

　　3、对班级的学生进行比较深入细致的了解。

　　4、沟通思想，切实解决潜能生在学习上的困难。

　　5、坚持辅潜工作，每周不少于一次。

　　6、对自己班级的优等生与后进生的确定要谨慎，特别是潜力较大的学生，应安排重点辅导。

　　7、认真确定辅导对象，坚持每周至少2次的辅导，辅导要有针对性和可行性，对每次辅导的内容要做好记录。

　　8、请优生介绍学习经验，差生加以学习。

　　9、课堂上创造机会，用优生学习思维、方法来影响差生。对差生实施多做多练措施。优生适当增加题目难度。

2、精心备课，认真听课，不断反思 本学期我一如既往地认真备课，不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，认真写好教案。每堂课都本校听课外，还参加了全市的观摩课，全县的优质课评选听课活动，班内举行了学生自我介绍和课文朗读比赛，活跃了气氛。

3、培养学生的自学能力 只有通过培养学生掌握科学的学习方法，并培养他们的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。本学期我主要做的事情是：培养学生的预习能力、掌握英语基本知识的能力、整理所学知识的能力，并指导学生用好听写本、自主学习记录本和错题本。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的阅读，让学生勤，每天进行一定量的短文阅读，并填写阅读卡，给每个学生都认真写好评语以便激励学生自主学习的信心。

4、个人成长方面 本学期我辅导的学生参与全市中学生英语模仿秀比赛，获三等奖，为了提高理论水平，我结合自己的教学实践，写了两篇论文，其中一篇获省二等奖，一篇被公开发表。全市高一英语研讨会上，做了立足课堂教学，发展学生的情商的报告，得到了与会领导与教师的一致好评。应邀去岚山一中做了携手研修，与学生一起幸福成长的报告，回顾了自己的三年团队成长路，以及加拿大海外研修的收获，得到了大家的好评。

总之，这个学期已经结束，我提高学生英语语言运用能力方面还有很长的路要走。这个班级，但部分学生消极对待英语这门学科，上课不认真听讲，自我放纵。我对提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性也苦思无果，十分苦恼。而3班虽相对均衡一些，_础相对较好。但总体而言，3班的学生学习更加认真和自觉，对英语学科的学习热情也比较高，课堂氛围也比较好，这学期一些原来有相对基础的学生进步很快，勤能补拙，但也有一部分学生呈现出上课散漫，作业不认真对待的现象。为此，我多次调整教学进度，细致分析练习和基础知识，好让相对落后的学生能够重拾信心，学得知识。

二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高

1、课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。

从开学之初我就对学生强调课本的重要性，对课本知识点认真归纳和反复梳理，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。

2、作好听力训练是为学期考试和高考打好基础。

学生一起，互相分享成果，达到了教学优化的效果。

3、加强学习，提升自身素质 积极到外校听课、评课，听讲座，虚心向同行和前辈学习;与教研组的老师讨论教学方法，集思广益，提高教学水平。多看课外书籍，培养多种兴趣爱好，不断拓宽知识面，使教学内容和形式丰富多样化。

　　半个学期已经过去了，回顾这段时光，总的感触就是：特别的忙。在忙忙碌碌的工作中，我们也感到了生活的充实与有意义。下面我分两个部分将高一英语备课组的工作总结如下：

　　一.计划方面：

　　新学期，新师生，新教材，就要有新的打算。于是，高一英语备课组在学期初就做好教学工作计划题目是：优化教材，强化“双基”，努力提高教学质量。为此，我们提出了以下几点努力方向：

　　（1）认真研究教纲、课标和教材，做好教材优化工作。

　　（2）加强备课组成员间团结、学习与互研，狠抓计划落实工作。

　　二．常规教学方面

　　1.教学进展情况

　　根据计划安排，到第九周，各班英语新课BOOKI（1-5）单元教学常规任务已经全面结束。期中考试后，下一阶段要努力完成BOOKII（1—5）单元的教学任务。备课组平均人均备课25课时。

　　2.虚心学习，积极进行校内外听课

　　各课任教师，特别是青年教师，抽时间，挤时间，积极主动听课。据统计，半学期以来备课组平均每人校内外听课50节。书写教案平均一本半。同时。参加教研组会5次，备课组会10次，各位教师不断地学习，不断地探索课堂教学规律。使自身的教育教学素质逐步提高。

　　3.考试与单元检测情况

　　本学期，高一年级共进行了一次月考，一次期中考试，五次单元检测。对阶段教学做出了积极客观的评价。

　　4.竞赛：这学期我们举办了一次英语初中单词测试比赛，激发了学生学习英语的热情。

　　总之，本学期，虽说工作很忙很辛苦，但是，高一英语备课组全体成员集个体多元智能于一体，团结、勤奋、热情、好学、勇于创新的敬业奉献精神将会永恒！

　　作为一名高一英语教师，我感到责任重大，英语作为一门外语，对中国学生来说非常难学，在学习过程中也很难进步。现将这一学年的工作总结如下：

　　这一学年来，本人担任高一xx班和xx班两班的英语教师，在相互认识了之后，积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学习基础，以便“因材施教”。本人在教学中认真备课、上课、听课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。

　　要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：课前准备，备好课。

　　①认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。

　　②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。

　　③考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。高二的学生基础还是比较差，所以在课堂上我尽量用最简易的语言授课，争取让学生能在一定的时间内掌握得。在复习过程中是非常枯燥的，所以课堂上激发学生学习英语的兴趣尤为重要.兴趣是的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学习为乐趣，而不是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复习巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学习效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。我的具体做法是把语言教学与练习联系起来，上课时尽量结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度.并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业.比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空.而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练习，让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练习的复习巩固，学习效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。讲课生动有趣我在讲课时，尽量讲得生动有趣，在完成教学任务的同时，经常给学生穿插一些英文歌曲、电影片段，来激发学生的学习兴趣。

　　课后我积极参与听课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。培养多种兴趣爱好，到图书馆博览群书，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。

　　这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我应注意到了以下几点:

　　1.提高学生的阅读量大。阅读速度要求每分钟48.5个词以上。

　　2.让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

　　3.体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等。

　　4.让其了解阅读理解的主要题型。

　　5.掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧。

　　6.做阅读理解还要善于抓关键词语

　　21世纪社会对教师的素质要求更高，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天贡献自己的力量。
