　　您有什么办法能让那些垃圾清除掉，给人们带来健康？

　　三、现在上些人随地吐痰。如果有一个人是有肺结核，他吐了一口痰，那么，这一口带病菌的痰就会把疾病传染给别人，这样一传十，十传百，百传千……这样，人类不就不会健康(人们的健康就得不到保障)，环境就不能好起来。

　　四、现在，咱们白银市缺少树和花，要多重(种)一些，这样，还给这个美丽的城市增添上五颜六色的色彩，人们也喜欢上这个美丽的城市，不是吗？

　　我们请镇政府进行处理，第一次去处理事情的是镇政府陈红训主任,他居然赞同那家的说法，处理结果是：要我家坼四路砖。这个无稽之谈的结果，您也不会接受吧？我们一直在待镇政府去处理，但总是没有什么结果。后来我们又几次请负责城建这块的刘海清镇长去处理，问题还是没有得到彻底的解决。但这期间，他叫我们安装模板，说有问题再去解决。既然他这样说，那我们只得做―――冬天来了啊，动物也要过冬啊，何况是人呢？

　　于是待11月16号我们进行安装第二层的模板时，对方尽管没有去我家破坏，但发出了些警告的话语。到了11月17号，他们就拿着钢筋私闯我家去闹了（原来他们是有意待工程做好再进行破坏)，我父亲报了警（我家只有五六十岁的父母在家，我父亲还要忙着学校的教学，又要照顾我母亲---她身体不好。一个老实善良的年纪又大的知识分子如何能应付这一切啊！我们一直期待政府会处理好)，派出所工作人员来了后，对方没有破坏成，但扬言如果我家不降低房子就把我家给炸掉。我也把此信息立即报告给了镇机关的相关负责人。到了11月18号，他们又拿着钢筋私闯我家把刚装好的模板全部橇掉了。我老爸再次被迫报警，派出所人员过来把双方当事人带去作了个笔录就让回来了。我们继续请刘镇长去处理。11月21号处理的结果竟然是：要求我家降低两口砖的高度，同时我家被破坏所遭受到的损失由我们自己承担。房子被破坏，我家要求派出所立案处理，但得到的回复是不立案。

　　在此，我想试问一下：这个“判定”能让人接受吗？！您会接受这个“判定”吗？这个“判定”能让人心服口服吗？我觉得倒是让众人感到心寒！我还想问的是：这个“判定”的依据是什么？政府应该如何维护灾房的合法重建？政府官员如果提倡或者说是赞同封建迷信，又如何建设社会主义新农村？又如何带领农民奔小康？遵纪守法的公民的合法权益遭受到侵犯，谁来为他们主持公道？是不是只有野蛮的、崇尚封建迷信的人才能生存？是不是只有待出了人命后，当地政府才会有效的去解决问题？政府应该在他的子民心目中树立一个什么样的政府形象？当地派出所的职责是什么？

　　对于以上事实，诚请饶市长能抽出时间来明查核实，彻底解决问题，为民作主！让灾民过个暖和的冬天吧。

　　我认为交通对于闯红绿灯来讲，可以这样：首先，警察严格把关，其实并没有必要非得罚款，因为有时候，很多人不怕罚款，只要让他感觉下次不能犯就可以了，有时候，说可能比法更好。其次，用电子监控器，只要让那个人感觉挨面子就可以达到效果了。

　　环保是逼着人们要做的，我感觉主要要知道环境的必要。还可以用罚的方式也许很奏效，比如非典那阵子，环境就好了一大块。

　　对于言语，可以身边多一些素质好的人就会被感染了。

　　天津，是个发展飞跃的城市，对于外来人，都喜欢和天津合作，认为天津市一块沃土，而对于天津人的素质，却频频摇头。改变素质并不难，否则就不会有北京了。
