司法公正对服务经济建设有重要作用。发展是第一生产力，落实科学发展观，实现中国经济又好又快的发展离不开各种经济体，而这些经济体需要的正是一个公正的司法环境，以此来保护他们的合法权益。通过公正司法，化解矛盾纠纷, 为经济社会又好又快发展和构建和谐社会提供有力的法律保障和良好的法律服务，从而切实地维护了社会稳定，创造了和谐稳定的社会环境和公正高效权威的法治环境。进而为经济建设的良好有序创造条件。

司法公正对构建和谐社会有重要作用。和谐社会是一个充满公平与正义、充满活力的社会。构建和谐社会的关键是要促进社会公平正义。和谐社会的主体是人，人与人之间和谐的基础是信任，这是一种大环境的信任，这种信任的构建除了道德约束，还有很重要的一点就是公正的环境，这种环境的构建最直接的体现便是司法公正，只有让法律信仰公正，让司法公正才能对构建社会主义和谐社会有推进作用。

　　Some people like to eat out at food stands and restaurants, while others like to prepare food at home. Often it depends on the kind of lifestyle people have. Those with very busy jobs outside the house don’t always have time to cook. They like the convenience of eating out. Overall, though, it is cheaper and healthier to eat at home.

　　While eating in restaurants is fast, the money you spend can add up. When I have dinner at restaurant with a friend, the bill is usually over twenty dollars. I can buy a lot of groceries with that much money. Even lunch at a fast-food stand usually costs five or six dollars for one person. That’s enough to feed the whole family at home.

　　Eating at home is better for you, too. Meals at restaurants are often high in fat and calories, and they serve big plates of food--much more food than you need to eat at one meal. If you cook food at home, you have more control over the ingredients. You can use margarine instead of butter on your potatoes, or not put so much cheese on top of your pizza. At home, you can control your portion size. You can serve yourself as little as you want. In a restaurant, you may eat a full plate of food "because you paid for it".

　　It’s true that eating out is convenient. You don’t have to shop, or cook, or clean up. But real home cooking doesn’t have to take a lot of time. There are lots of simple meals that don’t take long to make. In fact, they’re faster than eating out, especially if you think of the time you spend driving to a restaurant, parking, waiting for a table, waiting for service, and driving home.

　　Both eating at restaurants and cooking at home can be satisfying. Both can taste good and be enjoyed with family and friends. I prefer cooking at home because of the money and health issues, but people will make the choice that fits their lifestyle best.

　　Nuclear Technology: Benecial or Disastrous?

　　One question that has caused a great deal of controversy over the years is nuclear technology. Although it offers a number of advantages in world peace and green power, it is also a dangerous technology. Nuclear weapons pose the greatest threat to life. Even the use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes also carries some serious risks. In this essay, however, I intend to show how the benets of such technology counterbalance its disadvantages.

　　The opponents of nuclear power generally base their arguments on the danger it presents to the world. There are two main dangers: the risk of nuclear warfare and the nuclear disasters. The danger of nuclear war is obvious and if one thinks about Chernobyl, it is easy to understand why people are worried about nuclear power, as it can cause major suffering.

　　There are, however, good reasons for believing that nuclear technology is generally advantageous. The first of these is that there has not been a major world conflict since the invention of nuclear weapons. Although nuclear weapons have enlarged the mechanism of war by threatening to kill more people more secretly and more horribly than those of the past, it is generally agreed that such weapons should be the last thing to be thought of as a means to win a war because there would be no winner in any nuclear conflict. If anything goes wrong, the scale of destruction on human lives and civilization is beyond imagination. The nightmare of Hiroshima is a vivid memory, so nuclear weapons hidden in stock somewhere serve to maintain world peace by theory of counter-attack .

　　The other most significant benefit relates to the environment. Perhaps the greatest danger facing our world today is a combination of global warming and the greenhouse effect. This danger is caused partly by burning fossil fuel, which leads to our polluted atmosphere. Nuclear power, however, is a much greener alternative which does not have such negative effects.

　　Already power plants have been in operation in a number of countries. These are successful examples to be followed. All in all, although it is true that nuclear weapons pose the greatest threat to life, the use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes is really bene cial. In all appearances, the fear of war is overcome by the need for economic development.

　　3、活动奖励：在照片中评选出最美女工、最美家庭、最美母亲、最美班组、最美笑容进行奖励。(为方便评奖请在照片背后写上美丽宣言及班组、本人姓名)。

　　(二)趣味运动会—奔跑吧，姐妹们。(3月5日下午)

　　1、活动地点：篮球场

　　2、活动奖励：所有项目获胜着有精美奖品。(所有参赛队员都有纪念品)

　　3、参加人数：女工代表100人(机关10人、检修30人、监控10人、运转5人、后勤20人、四季假日25人)。

　　4、比赛项目

　　赛程共分为三轮：第一轮：趣味接力赛;

　　第二轮：智力大比拼;

　　视报名情况，将参赛选手分为(检修、后勤、监控运转、机关)四个参赛队，比赛以车间组队进行，每个参赛队选队长一名具体负责每轮参赛人员。每三个参赛队为一组进行比赛，抽签决定比赛对手。

　　第一轮：趣味接力赛(预计时间40分钟)：

　　接力赛总赛程200米，共分4个挑战项目，每个项目距离为50米，前一个项目运动员将接力棒交给后一个项目运动员，后一个项目才能开始，用时最短的队伍获得胜利。中途如有失误必须从头开始。

　　(1)手足情深

　　参赛队员：每队1人

　　比赛规则：参赛运动员一手握一足，然后用单脚跳的方式完成50米赛段，并将接力棒交给下一个队友。比赛期间双脚不得同时着地，单手必须握脚，不能松手，且不得途中换腿(如不可以坚持可换人重头开始)。

　　裁判人员：发令员：1人;

　　记分员：1人;

　　现场裁判：1人(全程跟随运动员)。

　　道具：接力棒1个。

　　(2)山路弯弯

　　参赛队员：每队1人

　　规则：参赛队员要绕赛道中的障碍物跑完赛段，并将接力棒交给队友。如参赛队员漏掉障碍物，则必须重新开始。

　　道具：凳子30把、接力棒1个

　　(3)夹球跑

　　参赛队员：每队2人

　　规则：两名参赛人员背对背用后背将篮球夹住，双手交叉于胸前，侧跑完成规定赛段，如果球落地，则要重新开始。比赛过程中，参赛队员不得用手或胳膊支撑篮球，否则必须重新开始。

　　道具：接力棒2个，篮球1个

　　(4)指压板跳绳

　　参赛队员：1人

　　规则: 参赛队员接到接力棒后开始在指压板上跳绳100下，最先完成跳绳者胜出。

　　道具：接力棒1个、跳绳1个。

　　第二轮：智力大比拼(预计时间40分钟)

　　智力大比拼共分3个挑战项目，各队以答对题目的多少计算成绩。

　　(1)心有灵犀一点通

　　参赛队员：每队2人

　　规则：两人面对面的站着，一人可以用手式做出动作，

　　或者用其他句子来形容，但是不能包含所猜的词语中的任何字或同音字，否则该词作废。另外一个人猜所做的动作。如果不会可喊“过”从而进行下一个词语。在两分钟内猜出的词最多者胜出。

　　(2)超级记忆力

　　参赛队员：每队3人

　　规则：每人每次必须在十秒钟之内记忆一组个位数，回答时必须按照数字顺序，共需记忆8组。能准确说出组数最多的队胜出。

　　(3)做反动作

　　规则：每队选8人排成一组，主持人下口令，选手做与口令相反的动作，每次淘汰做得最慢或做错的人，最终奖励剩下的3人。

　　第三轮：开心蹦蹦蹦(预计30分钟)

　　开心蹦蹦蹦共分为2个挑战项目：双人跳绳和跳大绳。各队以在规定时间内跳绳数多少决定比赛成绩。

　　(1)双人指压板跳绳

　　参赛队员：每队2人

　　规则：每队出两人参加比赛，在2分钟内跳绳最多的胜出。

　　道具：跳绳4根

　　裁判4人

　　(2)跳大绳

　　参赛队员：十人

　　规则：10人转8字参加比赛，每跳坏一次，淘汰掉绊绳子的人，比赛共5分钟，比赛结束，剩余队员最多的队伍获胜。

　　道具：大绳1根(5米)

　　周五上午有条件的女工放假半天，因生产需要不能休的要安排调休。

　　Owing to economic development and improvement in living standards of common people, more and more private cars are on road. Some believe private cars have brought convenience and mobility to the owners while others argue that private automobiles deserve a limit on the increasing number. As far as I see it, we should not put a limit on private cars.

　　First of all, the private car is a symbol of freedom and wealth. The private car has given us a freedom and convenience our ancestors could not dream of. We can travel to relatively remote places that it is hard to reach on foot or public transport rarely goes to. A car enables an individual or a family to travel at any time they wish. With a car there is no need to wait for the bus in the bitterly cold or under the scorching sun. Furthermore a car can serve as a symbol of one’s wealth, which makes him or her proud of his or her accomplishments and glorious past.

　　Secondly, a car can make our work more efficient and life more convenient. Nowadays many Chinese can enjoy the comfort and luxury of owning a private car. Having a car of one’s own means no more traveling to work on crowded buses or subway trains; no more waste of time for waiting at the bus stop or train station. With a car one does not have to worry about the possible danger their child suffers when they are elbowing their way through the crowd, instead they can drop off the children at school on the way to work. In the case of illness, the car takes its owner or other sick person to hospital without any delay.

　　Last but not least, lifting bans on private cars will stimulate the automobile industry, which provides jobs for a large team of workers. Known as a sunrise industry, Chinese automobile industry needs strong and continuous fueling from domestic demand. _月__日，我于早上8：__准时来到新世纪电脑城。

首先，我与电脑城的经理王女士见了面，王经理对我的到来表示热烈的欢迎。她向我详细介绍了电脑城所销售的产品、服务的对象以及电脑城近几年的发展概况等方面的情况。

之后，她带领我参观了电脑城的品牌电脑展位：七喜、联想、神舟，ibm、hp、苹果、戴尔、lg、tcl、东芝、三星等品牌电脑应有尽有，除此之外，还对大水牛产品以及各种电脑耗材等进行了详细的介绍。

她要求我在实践过程中要主动与电脑城的技术员们接触，多动手、多动脑，敢于发问，将书本上学到的东西与实际相结合。

为了给自己尽量多的创造动手机会，我在之后主动找到了电脑城的技术员。接下来的时间，这里的技术员给我从主板、显示器、cpu到显卡、声卡、内存、机箱电源、鼠标键盘等产品作了一一介绍。

他们要求我在实践过程中不但要学会如何装机，正确分辨计算机各部件的真伪，操作系统及部分应用软件的安装，还要学会计算机经营，市场调研，社会公关等方面的能力，全方位地发展，真正地达到社会实践的目的。

从_月__日至_月8日我在电脑城进行社会实践。克服了天气寒冷的不良条件，在电脑城时学习计算机有关装机、装系统、故障派查、上门服务、计算机经营、市场行情调查等方面的内容。实践期间我争取一切可能的机会让我自己动手，除了学习理论上的知识外，还在技术人员指导下进行装机实战。虽然在装机的过程中遇到了种种的困难，但是经过我的努力，都在实战中一一克服。

在短短的__天时间中，自己装过至少__台电脑，而且电脑城的技术人员还让我陪同一起到用户家中为用户解决问题，而在上门服务中，更是遇到了一些以前想都想不到的问题，比如说就曾经因为对地区不熟悉而导致找不到地址的事情发生。

在上门服务中用户电脑出现的问题也是五花八门，可以说涵盖了计算机硬、软件的各个方面。这更是对技术人员所掌握的计算机只是提出了更高的要求。曾经有一次就遇到了由于机箱内有异物导致的计算机频繁重启的问题。

通过前面_月__日—_月_6日7天的实践，使我具备了一些装机的基本技能，了解了计算机内部各部件及如何装机等方面的'内容。

我对计算机的一般性故障也能作一定的维护，具备了一定的产品真伪识别能力，甚至我还学到了很多经营技巧和对付奸商的手腕，对计算机的总体认识和把握也有了显着提高。

_月_9日，电脑城的技术员们决定利用_月_日开展计算机技术义务咨询活动。

_月_日上午，义务咨询活动正式开始，由于临近两所中学和繁华的主街道，在展台还在准备阶段就已经吸引了大量的市民驻足观看。到上午9：3_义务咨询活动正式开始时，整个的活动现场已经被挤的水泄不通，实为近年来最火爆的一次。

在活动中很多市民向我们提了很多问题，我和技术员们都耐心地一一解答，甚至派人到群众当中解决他们的问题。

这期间也有很多市民对我的配机方案表现出了浓厚兴趣，他们不断地询问配置单上各部件性能、价格、兼容性等方面的问题。对我给出的常用故障检测及其解决办法也作了较高的评价。

在整个活动中最引人注意的就是计算机网络安全展台。几乎所有的市民对电脑的网络安全性提出了很多的问题，尤其是针对网络黑客攻击、计算机病毒和现时十分流行的流氓、间谍软件的问题为甚。

为此，为了满足广大市民对网络安全的强烈兴趣，电脑城还专门组织技术人员进行了现场的网络攻防模拟战，让广大的市民对网络黑客攻击有了一个直观上的认识。这一活动不仅吸引了大量的市民观看，更是将整个咨询活动推向了高潮。

本日的咨询活动一直持续到下午7时，直到结束时，仍有不少的市民仍在进行咨询。今天的咨询活动可以说举办的非常成功!受到了经理的表扬!

　　Faced with the question whether it is worthwhile to spend a year or two voluntee?ring in western China, many college students would probably shake their heads, seeing it as a waste of valuable learning time. However, I will give an affirmative answer without hesitation, because this experience can apparently benefit us in many ways.

　　First, it is a great opportunity for us to apply the knowledge we have acquired at college. Different from temporary part-time jobs, a longer volunteer work experience is truly fulfilling and rewarding.
