本学期的教学工作实践取得了一定的成绩，当然也还存在一定的不足。现将本学期的工作总结如下，为今后的工作提供借鉴和参照。

一、工作完成情况为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念，我抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、成绩与不足

1、根据学生的身心素质和学科水平，以及新课标要求，学期初，我让学生自定目标，自我加压，让学生在自己身边找榜样，结对子。在平时的学习中，相互帮助，相互合作，以优带后，共同进步。使其增强了竞争意识与合作学习的能力，同时也激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。

2、培养学生的兴趣。英语作为一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就首先培养学生的。由于六年级的学生已经有了一定的自觉性和自我管理能力，本学期我制定了“英语天天读”的签字制度，让学生通过大量的练习后，把自己觉得能够读或背诵得熟练的或教师指定的课文每天读一次，增强了其对英语学习的自信心和兴趣。大部分学生能够坚持每天读英语，已经养成了良好的学习习惯，口语水平也有所提高。但也有一部分学生没能坚持下来，缺乏必要的监督。

3、在课堂教学方面，我做到了课前认真备课，做到了既备教材，又备学生，因材施教，努力实施课堂改革，并结合自己的教学经验与学生的学习情况，认真制定好教学计划，并不断地加以改善修改。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并做好评价。在传授学生知识的同时，关注每一个学生，因为到了六年级，有的学生已经产生厌烦情绪，特别是学习不好的学生，所以在课堂上我会密切注意他们，多给他们说的机会，让他们树立自信，提高自己的成绩。

4、当然也还存在一些不足之处：

①对学生估计不足，或考虑不周。我在平时的训练中，只注意了大方面的情况，没能充分考虑学生个体因素。盲目的认为已经是六年级的学生了，有能力自己解决问题，而忽视了对学生的出错的问题及时纠正。只强调了学生的优势，忽略的其薄弱方面的及时补差。②对学生自觉性过于自信，没有盯上靠上。在平时的教学过程中，我总是强调对学生自觉学习的习惯的培养，对他们抱有过高的估计和评价，因而没有对其具体的学习情况和效果做出及时准确的验证和审查。③对待优生的帮扶不利。本学期，由于主客观因素，我对班内的10余名待优生的辅导没能落到实处。一个是我对他们缺乏足够的耐心，一个是时间没能靠上。我有时间的时候他们没时间，他们有时间时我有其他工作要做，错过了帮教时机。

三、努力方向总之，在本学期的教学工作中，我能够紧紧围绕新课改的要求，贯彻落实新课标，以学生为主体，以人为本开展各项工作，效果也还不错。一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛;同事的帮助，使我干劲十足;学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，再创佳绩。在今后的工作中，要戒骄戒躁，扬长避短，争取更上一层楼。

在上课前，我做到了认真备课。不但备学生并且备教材备教法，根据教材资料及学生的实际，在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的本事，要求学生会读，会写，在坚持兴趣的基础上学习新知识，加大听写单词的力度、设计课的类型、拟定采用的教学方法、认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的趣味教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学反思，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。

三、增强上课技能，提高教学质量

我在上课时，力求做到精讲多练，课后，我精心设计练习，对所学知识点进行巩固练习。使讲解清晰，准确，条理，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上异常注意调动学生的进取性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会。同时在每一堂课上都充分研究每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习本事，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。此刻学生对英语的反应较好。

四、经常与其他教师交流，学习，从而共同提高

本学期，我借助教研活动，不断取长补短。在教学上进取与其他教师商讨，学习他们的方法，同时，认真听其他教师的课，学习别人的优点，克服自我的不足，起到很好的效果。

五、做到了认真批改作业

在布置作业时，我做到了有针对性，有层次性，对不一样层次的学生布置不一样的作业。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情景及时改善教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮忙我检查其他学生的单词和短语的听写。

六、坚持用英语组织课堂教学

本学期，我坚持在课堂上尽量使用英语进行教学。这样，不仅仅能够练习学生的听力，也能培养语感，提高他们的兴趣，让他们也坚持用英语回答问题，从而训练他们的口语。经过一期的训练，效果很好，在今后的教学中，我将继续。

七、注重听、说、读、写全面发展

九年级是学生综合训练的最佳时期，我在教学中，从听，说，读，写几个方面进行。让学生每周写一次英语作文，并认真批改，经过一期的努力，学生写作本事有了很大提高。英语是语言。

八、坚持课后辅导

本学期，应对这两个班英语较差，学生兴趣不高的情景，我坚持了课后辅导。每一天的业余时间，我会主动走近学生之中，并给他们解答疑难。经过这一学期的努力，学生的英语成绩的到了很大提高。

当然，本学期，在教学中，我也有一些不足，但我会努力克服，取长补短，争取最大限度地提高我的自身水平和本事。在今后的教学中，我会更加努力，争取更上一层楼。

　　然而挑战才刚刚开始。二十进十的比赛中50%的淘汰率是可怕的，即兴演讲的挑战性和主题演讲的主题“微信”的难度旗鼓相当，每一个人都拼尽全力所展现出的斗志和能力都令人钦佩和动容。而十强的比赛更是强者与强者之间的“厮杀”，每一轮都会有淘汰的危险，让人松不得一口气。

　　但是小伙伴们的友谊正是随着比赛在慢慢增长。特殊的赛制几乎是每一轮都已合作的方式呈现，不似你死我活的打擂，却更像相互切磋论剑，从中收获的是如何在合作中，促进在合作中成就。比赛结束的那一刻，和小伙伴们一一告别时的拥抱，是我们在这个夏天留下的最美好的纪念。
